On March 21-22, a significant milestone was achieved as the Streets for Citizens project convened its inaugural in-person meeting in Zaragoza. The meeting commenced with partners acquainting themselves with one another, followed by a comprehensive overview of the Work Packages presented by the respective responsible parties.
During the second day, discussions delved into the most crucial operational tasks for the upcoming months. The first session focused on management tasks, with Mirjana Nenad representing the Lead Partner, guiding participants through the secrets of effective management. She also presented the structure and important insights of the Interreg Euro-MED Programme.
Following this, partners engaged in a planning workshop, participating in a role-playing exercise to understand the initial challenges faced by the pilot cities and how they planned to tackle them with specific pilot projects.
